Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. The assistant identifies itself as a virtual assistant at the start of every call. No deception.
What happens if it gets an emergency wrong?
Two layers protect against this. Urgency is decided by deterministic per-trade rules (not vibes), and the assistant cannot dispatch an emergency without your SMS approval. If you don't respond in time, the caller is told the owner is unreachable.
What if a caller has a gas leak or a fire?
Life-threat keywords (gas, fire, smoke, electrocution, flooding the house) route the caller to 911 immediately. The assistant does not try to triage, advise, or book. It tells them to call 911. We capture their name and callback number if they shared it, and follow up by SMS the next business day to offer non-emergency service if they still need it. (Follow-up SMS launching in our next release.)
How much does it cost?
After your 14-day free trial, see the pricing page for all three tiers. Pass your plan's included calls and we automatically move you up to the lowest plan that covers your usage, prorated. On the Pro plan, extra calls are $1 each. Founding-customer spots are available now.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. For 30 days after termination, we make Customer Data available for export; deletion then follows the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days free, card required to start. No charge during the trial. Cancel any time inside the trial and we don't bill you.
What if I want to take the call myself?
You can. Forward only after-hours, only when you can't pick up, or always. Your choice. The assistant is a safety net, not a replacement.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Calls are forwarded from your existing number to the assistant on the conditions you set.
Can the assistant transfer a caller to me while they are on the line?
No. It can't hand a live call over. When something needs you, it takes the details and texts you, and for urgent jobs it waits for your reply before telling the caller anyone is on the way. That's why most shops forward from their existing number rather than publishing the assistant's number as their main line. Forwarding leaves you free to pick up first.
Do I have to set up call forwarding?
Only if you want to keep using your own number, which is what most shops do. You set your carrier to forward when you're busy, don't answer, or have no signal, and we give you the exact codes for your carrier and test it with you before any real call is forwarded. You can also skip forwarding entirely and publish the assistant's number directly, which suits a dedicated after-hours or ad line. See how it works for the trade-off between the two.
Where does the data live?
Call audio, transcripts, and customer details are processed and stored through the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy, including US-region hosting and database services for app data. Customers can request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Are calls recorded?
Yes. The assistant discloses recording at the start of every call. California is a two-party-consent state. The disclosure is audible and continuing the call constitutes consent.
What if your AI goes down?
Where technically possible, inbound calls use the backup route configured during launch, such as your owner phone, answering service, or monitored voicemail. That fallback still depends on carrier and provider availability, so we test it before go-live.
Can it book onto my Google Calendar?
Yes. Setup walks you through connecting your calendar so normal appointments land directly on your schedule.
